Was an aeronaut, Brazilian inventor and sportsman. Dumont is considered by many Brazilians as the inventor of the airship, aircraft and ultralight.
Santos Dumont designed, built and flew the first dirigible balloons with a petrol engine.This merit will be guaranteed internationally by winning the Deutsch Prize in 1901, when a flight around the Eiffel Tower with his airship # 6, becoming one of the most famous people in the world during the twentieth century.
Minha opinião: Escolhi Santos Dumont, porque ele foi um grande marco na história do Brasil, foi responsável por construir uma das maiores invenções do mundo: O avião. Que ligou pessoas do mundo todo umas às outras.
